“ We went hiking at Dreamy Draw & worked up quite an appetite afterwards. Since we were in the neighborhood we decided to try something near us. China chef bistro popped up & we gave it a shot. I'm glad we did! We were pleasantly surprised, it is terrific American Chinese food. The general tso's, fried rice, orange chicken & kung pao all hit the spot over the last two visits we have made. We will continue to explore the menu but these were all delicious & their sauces are fresh & house-made. Lots garlic, stuff that's supposed to be spicy is actually spicy, the veggies are fresh tasting & not overcooked. Portion sizes are significant in-house but take out is slightly less but still plenty enough. I think it's primarily a take out spot but we ate in the first time & our waitress was friendly, helpful & attentive. We were happy to have her share her recommendations. We will continue to visit for some pretty epic post hike grub. It's too good to pass up while we are in the area. ”
